Order processing time

Our products are usually shipped out in 2-5 days. During seasonal times like Black Fridays , holidays, order processing can take 7-8 day, we appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Shipping time

 

We ship from our warehouse located in China, we currently ship in the US and Canada and plan to expand to other countries in the futur

 

-Orders within Canada will arrive within  11-12 days.

-Orders within the US will arrive  within 8-9 days.

Shipping costs

- Order shipping to an adress in Canada with an order value of 50 and more have Free shipping 

- Order shipping to an adress in the U.S with an order value of 50 and more have Free shipping. 

Returns , exchanges and cancelations

Order Cancellations

 

- A full refund is available for orders canceled before being processed and shipped by our warehouse. 

- However, certain orders, such as preorder inventory orders, cannot be canceled after payment.

Damaged Products

 

- A full refund or replacement is provided for items that arrive damaged within 30 days of delivery.

 - All refund or replacement requests for damaged products will need to be validated through photo or video evidence submitted to Betteru for approval prior to a refund being issued. 

Incorrect or Missing Products

 

- A full refund or replacement will be provided for incorrect or missing items that were shipped.

Delivered orders

 

- Betteru will not process refunds or replacements if the tracking information indicates the order was delivered. 

- In cases where the package wasn’t received, a non-delivery certification from the local post office is required for a refund or replacement.

 

Order Delays

 

- If an order lacks tracking information, is in transit, is pending, or expired beyond 60 days from the original shipping date (45 days for U.S. , 60 days for Canada).

- We will offer a refund or resend the product at betteru store expense. Exceptions apply to certain shipping methods and destinations.
