- We are sorry to hear this, please send us photo or video of the damaged product within 30 days of delivery and you will get a full refund or replacement of the damaged item.

How can I check my order?
- We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
I typed in my wrong address and need to change.
Unfortunately, we will not process refunds or replacement if the tracking information indicates the order was delivered. In cases where the package wasn’t received, a non-delivery certification from the local post office is recquired for a refund or replacement.
How do I change or cancel my order?
- Full refund is available for orders canceled before being processed and shipped by our warehouse.
- However certain orders, such as preorder inventory orders, cannot be canceled after payement.
